Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

This is a dual role for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. You will have a proven track record and knowledge of a diverse range of projects in general building and groundworks between the values of £250k and £10M.

You will be responsible as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor for

Preparing analytical tenders
Preparation of enquiry documents
Sourcing & selection of sub-contractor quotations
Calculation of site management & preliminary costs
Be commercially aware and a committed team player
