Quality Policy Statement
FCL Infrastructure Developments Ltd is committed to continually improving its services. This document states the Company’s general quality policy and describes the Company’s allocation of responsibilities and arrangements for implementation of the policy. 
The Company’s activities are focused the following five areas:
- Construction activities and services which include building contracting and related engineering activities;
- Facilities management;
- Environmental services comprising the Company’s geotechnical investigation and environment testing business;
- Project investment and property;
- Maintenance and repair.
Quality Policy
It is the policy of FCL Infrastructure Developments Ltd to continually seek to meet the requirements and expectations of its clients in a profitable manner. To achieve this FCL Infrastructure Developments Ltd is committed to the following objectives:
- Preparing, implementing and monitoring plans for improving performance;
- Developing and training staff to ensure continual attainment of its objectives and giving recognition to achievement;
- Developing and continuously improving quality systems and processes, and gaining or maintaining registration to British or International Standards;
- Assisting suppliers and subcontractors in developing their own quality management systems, as and when it is in the interest and within the resources of FCL
Infrastructure Developments Ltd to do so;
- Creating a commitment amongst all employees to provide the service and product specified by its clients.

Communication
This Quality Policy is available to all Company employees and can be provided to all interested parties. Divisional quality management documentation shall be issued to all senior personnel and available to all employees as appropriate. Distribution of divisional documentation shall be such that a copy will always be available at each office, operating base and construction site.
Audits/Inspections
Work places and construction site are subject to regular inspection by all levels of management. Where appropriate the results of such inspections are recorded and reported and reviewed at management meetings.
Review of Performance
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that quality issues meet the Company objectives and standards arising from new developments which are taken into consideration. The Company’s Management Team will receive regular reports on the Company’s quality management performance.
